Insect Habitats.
Nests: Insects can build underground nests, nests in trees, and other quirky places for their young. Some insects build very simple nests, but others can build complicated nests.her. Nests can be very helpful from getting protection from predators, and nature’s unpredictable weather.
Plants: Insects also live in peaceful, green scenery. Plants, fields, and forest are also habitats for insects. If they needed food, they could eat leaves, seeds, nectar and some fruit.
Fresh Water: Lots of insects live in water such as, rivers, lakes, ponds and other water things.
Some insects stay in the water while others grow up there, then move to other places.
I enjoyed this activity because it is very educational.
Do you any other insect habitats?
