Keeping Active During Lockdown

 These are the keeping active slides that Whaea Tamzin said that we could do. I will be updating this every weekday until lockdown ends.

Thank you for the journey but I am not motivated enough to update this every weekday.

  1. Nice work Nic! It is great to see you keeping active during lockdown and it's awesome you are updating this every weekday. I also think it was a good idea to add a link to Ayushmaan's blog where you got the star jump idea from.

  2. Great to see you are still adding to this. Here are some ideas as I saw you wanted some suggestions
    - 1 minute plank
    - Time yourself and see how many star jumps/sit ups/squats/push ups you can do in that time
    - Go for a walk and take photos of things you might see
    - Yoga or stretching (often this doesn't feel like you are keeping active but it is really good for you)
    - See how many basketball hoops you can shoot in 1 minute

  3. Awesome work Nic! I have glad to see you are regularly updating this slideshow.
    If you need anymore ideas for exercises here are some suggestions:
    - High knees
    - Butt kicks
    - Lunges
    - Running on the spot
    - Burpees
